The steel for storage mould is general 718H/P20 pre-harden steel as cavity/core insert,accordingly to your lifetime requirement.

For the storage box mould is well polished and good fitting with the storage box cap.

For the injection gate this is 4~6 tips of hot runner.

We put the mould testing on 780Ton injection molding machine.
