How to make high-gloss mould like new-made? Here,Sinomould provide some tips for you to maintain your high-gloss mould well.
First,the surface of high-gloss mould must be protected by high-grade rust inhibitor or sealing with plastic wrap; Second, the core/cavities of high-gloss mould can't be in directly contact with any sundry or hands; Third, cleaning mirror surface of the high-gloss mould should use high-density paper tissue and scrub smoothly from up to down, and it can't be swabbed back and forth. Medical absorbent cotton and cloth are not allowed.Don't use the high pressure gas to blow directly, because the water with impurity in the trachea will lead to surface damage; Finally, every time,after working or making a tryout, high-gloss mould must be cleaned and blow off the water in the waterline by high-pressure gas.
