Each cavity self locking;
hot runner valve gated system;
Hot runner nozzle single point temperature control (different with PET pressure controller),Uniform heating temperature;
Excellent water cooling efficiency of cooling system;

The PP preform product design is very important , engineers will consider if the preform design and the thickness can allows the bottle in perfect blowing performance.
To test this, general make PP preform testing mould with single cavity.
Besides, the molding temperature is also very essential for PP preform blowing effect.
