Blowing moulding is a main way of moulding in container field and recently, in industrial area, it is also developing.
There are two kinds of blowing moulding, injection

blowing moulding and extrusion blowing moulding. It is easy to tell between them. Injection blowing leaves a small round gate mark at the bottom center. Extrusion blowing mould leaves a parting line separating the product into two halves.
For different kinds of bottles, we choose different blowing moulding type. The material is also very important.
PET is very suitable to make preform and transparent bottles. To produce PET bottles, we usually adopt injection blowing moulding.
Injection blowing moulding has two steps: preform moulding and blowing moulding. So it needs two moulds, two machines. That means higher cost. So why should we choose injection blowing moulding?
The advantage of injection blowing moulding:
1. higher precision of screw, higher precision of size. For beverage bottles, medicine bottles, they are of great advantage to avoid pollution.
